Free Pick Up and Drop Off For Guests

We provide pick up from the island airports. For transportation, please provide your arrival date and time or your domestic flight number and the Air transportation you chose to fly with (Tropic Air or Maya Island Air).

Please note that Pick-up and Drop-off services MUST BE BETWEEN THE HOURS FROM 8AM - 7PM ONLY AND MUST ALSO BE SCHEDULED 24 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL, NO LESS. IF YOUR PICK UP IS CONFIRMED, A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU.
