Reservations
· Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room
· Full payment required to reserve rooms
· No indefinite room holds. A firm date is required to reserve rooms
Reservation Cancellations & Date Changes
· Reservations may be canceled at least 5 days prior to check-in for a full refund
· Reservations canceled up to 3 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund
· Reservations canceled less than 3 days prior to check-in are non-refundable
· No shows are non-refundable
· Subject to room availability, reservation dates may be changed up to 3 days prior to check-in
· Reservation dates can be changed only once. Any further cancellations or date changes thereafter are non-refundable
Check-In & Check-Out
· Government issued IDs must be presented by all guests upon check-in/arrival
· Check-in time: 3:00 pm
Subject to manager’s pre-approval, early check-in may be possible with payment of a US$25 fee
· Check-out time: 11:00 am sharp
Subject to manager’s pre-approval, late check-out may be possible with payment of a US$25 fee
· If early or late check out is not available, luggage storage can be arranged
Room Rules
· No smoking in rooms or in hallways
A US$250 clean up/deodorization fee be charged to the room of any guest caught smoking and their stay will be terminated
· Other than children of guests, all guests in room must be at least 18 years old
· Only registered guests are allowed in rooms. No visitors.
· No loud music / TV / noises allowed
· No parties / gatherings allowed
